EFS Residential Sdn. Bhd. is a systematic management company that provides and managed accommodation of workers.
Our objective is to provide our clients a safe, secure and clean living facility for all of their employees hired locally and internationally.
EFS mission is to provide a safe, secure and highly-livable environment for an organization’s most valued asset – “its employees”. We trust that by giving them a reliable and wholesome living experience in our hostel, the employees will in turn work towards delivering high productivity levels for the employers.
We provide one stop solutions of hostel management, control and monitor all the affairs of the foreign workers and to provide services to the employers and foreign workers in Malaysia.
Our Facility​

The accommodation facility is run by complying to a standard protocol and policy of which shall be presented to the client’s human resource department. This gives the employee a uniformed environment to adapt and adhere to from work place to their homes.

Given the short travel distance to few industrial area that are situated near the facility, costs invested for transporting the employees to their workplace is significantly reduced. This also lowers carbon footprint and gas emissions which are essential for sustaining a healthy and pollution-free working environment for the employees.
